General Policy

All sales of e-commerce items are final. Due to the specialized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at service@novuslabs.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion. You may be required to provide photos of the damage and return the item in its original packaging. Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by Novus Labs.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by their local authorities. Refused deliveries due to unpaid customs charges will be treated as a cancellation, and the refund will be less all shipping and duty costs incurred.
